  • We will manage and process your delegate and sponsor income and expenses for supplier payments.
  • A comprehensive budget will be created in conjunction with you and regular updates provided.
  • Post events provide a detailed report and reconciliation of all income, expenses, invoices, and final budget.
Delegate Services

Without the delegates, conferences don’t happen. We provide all our delegates with fantastic customer service, support from their initial registration, to pre and post conference information followed by an exemplary onsite experience.

On-Site Management

General Administration
  • Attend planning meetings as required by our client.
